We are delighted to announce the second section release of our upcoming book “Yoga Through The Seasons”.  You can view the second section (“Spring”) on the page below but will not be able to download or print it.

Each section features Celtic wisdom, alignment principles and a practice for every month including asana (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation and contemplation. We also feature suggestions for diet along with seasonal recipes and self care following the traditions of Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. 

This guide is the result of a great deal of time, effort and love. The posting below is intended for your personal online use only. We will continue to post view only versions of each season for your review. Each posting will be announced through our regular newsletter. Printed copies of the entire book will be available for purchase next fall. Stay tuned!
