It is our sincere desire to offer you an excellent experience through participation at a Spanda Retreat. We view time spent on retreat as a powerful tool to restore, refresh and replenish. It is our hope that you will regain balance, discover a fresh perspective on your life and be able to go back into your world with a sense of renewal of body, mind and spirit.

We offer day long and weekend long retreats throughout the year. Our retreats feature daily meditation and yoga classes suitable for all levels from brand new beginners to those with an advanced practice. Our retreats are complimented by full vegetarian meals and snacks, which can accommodate dietary preferences. We seek to create an environment that is welcoming, encouraging and accepting.
