Fall Schedule

We are excited to be making the transition into the fall as we welcome September and the start of our 2015/2016 sessions!

Just a reminder, there will be no classes during the week of August 31st.

Fall Session Part I will begin on Tuesday, September 8th, after Labour Day and run for 8 weeks.

We are making a few changes in the Fall Session:

Adding: Tuesday evening 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. and Friday morning 10:30 – 11:45 a.m. with Catherine

Changing: Thursday evening 5:15 to a Gentle Yoga and Meditation class with Valerie

Please use the upper rear door at 432 Waterloo Street.  Look for our sandwich sign by the sidewalk.

10 Class Pass Returning!
Starting in September, Spanda Yoga will again be offering the convenience of a 10 class pass.Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. $130.00 for 10 classes, a savings of $10.00 for drop in students! Payable by cash or cheque.

Bring a Friend for Free!

 


 
 
Throughout September, paying students are welcome to invite a friend who has not taken a class with Spanda Yoga before to attend one free class. Students bringing a friend may enter their name in a draw for a new yoga mat! A great way to start the fall session! And share your love of the practice!

Fee: $75.00 including HST and lunch

Join us for a spacious and peaceful day of mindful movement, yoga and meditation in the beautiful clubhouse library at RiverBend Golf Community, 1200 Sandy Somerville Drive, London. Restorative Yoga

 

First Class – Sunday, September 27th 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
with Valerie at 432 Waterloo Street

Through the use of yoga props, the body is held in supportive positions to help create deep feelings of relaxation, peacefulness and healing.  Use the practice to help ease into the fullness of fall schedules and the return to routines! Suitable for all levels of experience.

Registration preferred as space is limited. $12.00 per class to register, $14.00 to drop in.
